Use Zapier to reduce manual upload steps by sending quote data into Zevik automatically. No coding required.
What the Zapier connection does
Go to Settings → API in Zevik. Copy your API key — you will need it in Zapier to authenticate the connection.
Go to the Zapier App Directory and search for Zevik. Choose a template that matches your quoting tool and follow the setup steps.
In Zapier, authenticate your trigger app. Then connect Zevik using the API key you copied in Step 1.
Run a test in Zapier. A test quote should appear in your Zevik dashboard. If it does, turn the Zap on — you are live.
Zapier automation is available on Growth and Scale plans only. If you are on the Solo plan, use PDF upload or connect Xero or ServiceM8 directly instead.
Your Zapier automation is set up. Review the script, set up your quote appearance, and send.
