Remove and replace rotten eaves lining boards around property
Supply and install 140 × 12 mm radiata pine V-groove lining boards
Sand back and apply two coats of stain to eaves lining boards
Remove existing awning canopy covering above main entry
Supply and install COLORBOND Mini Orb sheeting
Install fascia guttering and drainage downpipe
Install COLORBOND flashing against brickwork
What's not included
Repair or replacement of concealed timber, rafters, roof framing, awning support framing, battens, fixings, substrates or other structural elements
Electrical, lighting, security, mechanical or other service relocations
Rectification of roof areas, brickwork, stormwater drainage lines or waterproofing outside nominated scope
Matching of new stain to existing stained timber cannot be guaranteed
Project timing
2 weeks, approximately 2 weeks, subject to weather conditions, site access and material availability
Warranty
10 years on materials and labour
Payment terms
25% deposit due upon acceptance, 25% progress payment due on commencement, 50% balance due on practical completion
